Chad is not only a friend on mine, he's my trainer too! After taking his classes at a local gym for years, I followed him as he ventured out into the land of entrepreneurship. He now offers monthly memberships with Zoom workouts (while we are in the time of COVID) as well as 1:1 training both virtually and in person (with all safety precautions taken!).
Hi, I'm Chad!
Growing up, I was always active playing sports but struggled with being overweight and maintaining healthy eating habits. In my early 20's I decided to make a change by working out and tracking my calorie input versus output. I fell in love with the process of finally feeling healthy, strong, and confident about my body and myself. I felt empowered to help make a change for others who had been in my position, so I shifted my career focus from Computer Networking and Security to Personal Training and Wellness Coaching.
Years later, I am a Master Personal Trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer.
In October 2019, after 5 years of training in gyms, I started my own branded exercise program called Kraus Fit- which offers Personal Training and Virtual Fitness Classes focused on functional movement for all bodies.
I’m also a huge animal lover and share my home with 3 fur babes.
